Support shaped by your story, your pace, and your needs
You don’t have to fit into a mold here. Your lived experience shapes our work, not the other way around. While I bring clinical knowledge and tools, it’s your story, values, and what you need right now that lead the way. Together, we’ll build a space that feels relevant, responsive, and uniquely yours.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Meet Briana Rogers, LPC-A, MHC-LP
Hi, I’m Briana Rogers, a Professional Mental Health Counselor Associate based in Connecticut, supervised by Lisa Shea, LCSW. I support teens and adults who feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by anxiety, or caught in cycles of perfectionism and self-doubt.
At Naturally You Counseling & Wellness, I’ve created a space that feels grounded and human, a place where you can explore your relationship with food, body, and self at your own pace.
Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional and grounded in compassion while focusing on what matters most to you. I’m here to support you through the difficult moments and honor the shifts as you begin to reconnect with yourself in lasting ways.
