GROUP SESSIONS • 90 MINUTES

Support Groups

Group sessions offer a supportive space for exploring your relationship with food, body image, and self-worth alongside others who truly get it.

Led by a body image therapist, these sessions foster connection, healing, and the reassurance that you’re not alone. Together, we’ll share tools, insights, and encouragement — all in a space that’s affirming, compassionate, and built around community care.

Walk-and-Talk Therapy

Walk-and-talk therapy is a nature-based alternative to traditional in-office sessions, offering a more dynamic environment for self-exploration. Instead of sitting across from one another indoors, sessions take place outdoors on nearby beaches and scenic trails in the area.

This approach encourages natural conversation flow, bilateral stimulation, which has been linked to emotional processing, and the healing presence of nature. Research shows that integrating movement and time in nature can improve mood, reduce anxiety, and support emotional regulation.

Walk-and-talk therapy may be a good fit for clients who feel more comfortable opening up while in motion or who find traditional office settings limiting.

EATING DISORDERS, BODY IMAGE, SELF-ESTEEM & ANXIETY

Support for challenges that run deeper than what meets the eye.

Eating disorders, body image struggles, low self-esteem, and anxiety are often misunderstood, and because they don’t always “look” a certain way, many people struggle in silence. These challenges can impact your emotional, mental, and physical well-being, and it’s normal to feel unsure where to begin.

At Naturally You Counseling & Wellness, I offer a space grounded in compassion, collaboration, and clinical care. My approach is holistic and personalized, honoring your experiences, environment, identity, and relationships.

Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, uncover what’s keeping you stuck, and create a healing plan that’s truly supportive, not just focused on symptoms. Whether it’s conversation, creativity, or coping tools, everything is shaped around you.

Recovery isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming home to yourself, building self-trust, and finding what peace and freedom look like for you.
